Subscription Policy

At Purely Gluten-Free, we aim to make your subscription experience seamless, transparent, and flexible. By subscribing to our gluten-free box service, you agree to the following policy:

1. Overview of Subscription Service

When you subscribe to Purely Gluten-Free, you are signing up for a recurring subscription service. You will receive a curated box of gluten-free products at the frequency you selected (monthly, bimonthly, or otherwise, as available).

2. Billing and Payment

  • Your subscription will auto-renew based on your chosen plan unless canceled in advance.
  • Payments are processed automatically on the same day each billing cycle. (17th of the month)
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

3. Subscription Charges

  • You will be charged the full amount of your subscription plan 17th of each month. 
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We will notify you via email of any pricing changes prior to your next billing cycle.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal on our website.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal date.

PLEASE NOTE! Your account will be charged on checkout for your first month and then again on the 17th of every month, regardless of what day you placed your order. Your subscription will renew on the 17th of every month unless canceled, skipped, or paused. Any changes to your subscription must be done before your subscription renews for the month. 

Example: You place your order on April 4th. You will be charged on April 4th (for the May box), then on May 17th for the June box, and June 17th for the July box, and so forth until you cancel. Any changes must be made BEFORE the 17th of the month.

 

  • Cancellations made after your renewal will apply to the following cycle, and you will still receive and be charged for the current shipment.

IMPORTANT: Once renewals are processed, they cannot be canceled. If you need to change a shipping address, please notify us right away. We are sometimes able to change your ship to address as long as we haven’t processed your order.

Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date. You are responsible for tracking your renewal date and updating, pausing, or canceling your subscription at all times.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason.

 

5. Skipping a Box

  • You may skip a shipment anytime by logging into your account and choosing the “Skip” option, provided it is done at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
  • You will not be charged for skipped cycles, and your subscription will automatically resume the following period.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • All subscription sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the perishable and consumable nature of the products.
  • If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at purelygfco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry the charge.
  • If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
  • You will be notified via email if there are any issues processing your payment.

8. Changes to Your Subscription

  • You may update your shipping address, billing information, or subscription preferences at any time by logging into your account.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your contact and shipping information accurate and current. We are not responsible for boxes shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Allergy & Product Disclaimer

  • Purely Gluten-Free does not produce or manufacture the items in the boxes. We rely on third-party vendors and brands to confirm their products are gluten-free.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or injuries caused by any products in the box. Please read all product labels before consuming.
  • We are not responsible for manufacturer changes in ingredients or cross-contamination risks.

10. Modifications to Subscription Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the subscription service constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
