Recipe:
Halloween Cookie Decorating Kit – Purely Gluten-Free Style🎃
3/4 cup (170 grams) butter
1 cup (200 grams) sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract(optional)
¼ tsp salt
3 cups or (405g) of Better Batter Original Blend
Mix. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, extracts, and salt and combine well. Add flour one cup at a time and mix well. Dough should come together and not be sticky or crumbly.
Halve the dough and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Take out the dough to roll into sheets. Place the dough sheets in the freezer for about 10 minutes before cutting out shapes with a cookie cutters.
Bake. Take sheets and place directly into preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are slightly browned (centers should not be shiny).
Cooling. Remove from oven and cool on pans for 5 minutes, then move to cooling racks and cool completely.
