At Purely Gluten-Free, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality gluten-free products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products—many of which are perishable, food-based, and sourced from third-party brands—we are limited in what can be returned. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our gluten-free subscription boxes and food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Subscription boxes once they have been shipped
  • Customer dissatisfaction with product taste, texture, or preferences

 

  • THIS INCLUDES ALL HARD GOODS AND PHYSICAL ITEMS. NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

2. Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged additional shipping fees to have it resent.

3. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel, pause or skip your subscription at any time through your account portal. However:

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
  • Once a payment has been processed and your box has been prepared or shipped, it CANNOT be canceled or refunded.

4. Allergy Disclaimer & Manufacturer Responsibility

At Purely Gluten-Free, your health and safety are extremely important to us. However, it is important to understand that:

  • We do not manufacture any of the products included in our boxes.
  • All food and snack items are sourced directly from third-party brands and manufacturers who are solely responsible for the accuracy of their labeling, ingredients, and allergen statements.

While we carefully select products labeled gluten-free, Purely Gluten-Free cannot guarantee the absence of gluten or cross-contamination, as we do not control the facilities or processes used to make the products.

Additionally, we are not responsible for reactions due to food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, or any other dietary needs. Some of our vendors also process products in shared facilities that may contain common allergens such as:

  • Dairy
  • Soy
  • Eggs
  • Tree nuts
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame
  • Shellfish or other allergens

We encourage all customers to:

  • Thoroughly read the labels and allergen information on each product before consuming it.
  • Reach out directly to the product manufacturers with any specific allergy-related questions or concerns.

By purchasing from Purely Gluten-Free, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for reviewing all ingredients and ensuring product safety for yourself or anyone consuming the contents.
